Who we are
parkData is provided by Alex van Vught (trading as parkData), reachable at support@alexvvught.com and alexvvught.com. These terms cover the website, the parkData app, the Bobbejaanland guest app and related APIs.
By using the service you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the service
parkData is provided as is. We work to keep wait times, opening hours and park info current, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Parks change their own data.
Do not use the service to overload, circumvent or abuse park or parkData systems. Scraping outside the published API, bypassing limits and reselling data without permission is not allowed.
- Accounts: You are responsible for your credentials. Guest use is temporary; wallet, trips and reports move with you when you upgrade to an account.
- Community: Reports, reviews and trip posts must be truthful and respectful. We may hide or remove content that is spam, misleading or infringing.
Data and API
The public API may be used for non-commercial projects with attribution. Commercial reuse, redistribution or white-label use requires written permission. We may throttle excessive traffic.
Apps and updates
Mobile apps may receive over-the-air (OTA) updates. Using the app means you accept such updates for fixes and content. Store releases follow Apple and Google rules.
Location, camera and notifications are optional. We only use background location if you enable park-arrival alerts or geofencing; we do not store location history.
Intellectual property
The parkData brand, design and software are ours. Ride names, logos and park photos remain with the parks or rights holders. We display that data under the parks’ source terms.
Liability
parkData is not liable for decisions you make based on wait times, plans or opening hours, nor for outages, data loss or third-party damage. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (often zero).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access in case of abuse, legal duty or prolonged inactivity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
